| Details: | Do you live on the West Side of Michigan? Have you been waiting for a Cane Quest? Well, we will be hosting a Regional Cane Quest with the help of MDE RBLV and the Braille Institute.
Cane Quest contestants are divided into three age categories scouts, explorers, and trailblazers and are asked to demonstrate fundamental orientation and mobility skills and travel techniques, such as sound localization, dropped objects, and proper human guide techniques

This Event is for White Cane Users, Grades 3-12. Cane Quest is an event where students get to show off their OM skills, they get feedback, prizes, and time to socialize.
We are looking for OMs and other vision professionals to volunteer for this opportunity and earn CEUs or SCECHs.
